The Advocacy Officer, based in Prishtina, will be responsible
- To develop, lead and implement comprehensive advocacy strategies on child protection related issues;
- Lead and oversee research activities and the redaction of different documents and publications;
- Manage and coordinate Terre des hommes’ specific related projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Master degree preferably in law or social sciences;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating projects in the field of child protection and/or human rights, including in managerial positions;
- Track record of successful advocacy work;
- Very good knowledge of Kosovar legal framework and institutions;
- Demonstrated excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Experiences in research;
- Abilities to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Fluency in written and verbal English & Albanian (Serbian would be an asset).
WORKING CONDITIONS: Full time work, contract based on the current legislation on the work in Kosovo.
